The biggest evidence is probably if you're living in Lahore, the huge balls of light that fall from the sky at night easily visible

I also met many people in the real world who, when I explained this to them, did confirm that I was telling the truth, and that it is real!

It still happens, but they have really emptied me of what I had that they wanted.. When I get more, it happens again.. I know it's hard to believe though. :S

all these symptoms i went through , you're not alone many people are suffering that you are , what exactly triggers this mental state i am not a professional but i went through similar suffering that you're describing ,i overcame it , how ? long story short i stopped smoking , why was i suffering from just smoking i overdosed on sleeping pills thus making me unbearable to smoking , so whenever i smoke i get mentally ill .

i dont know about how you got into this but its certainly confirms from your experiences that its a mental disorder .schizophrenics feel like they are in another dimension or parralel universe , talking to personalities they know on the OTHER side , its a deep hole dont go further its an endless one .

My story ,
riding unicorns at the speed of light , imagining going to other dimensions , living in them , felling in love with a girl on the internet , imagining her soul infront of you as if you can talk to her , getting sexually abused by dark souls , lots of other crazy f*ck shit .
