Anime/Manga Motivational Posters

Okay so basically being bored is really good in a way, because it leads me to things that are really too amusing.

Thus, I am creating this "Anime Motivational Posters" thread.

Post any good Anime Motivational Posters that you find, try to not post them in spoilers (Don't care if they are NSFW) because I don't like to bring the cursor again and again towards a spoiler tag and clicking it.
Excessive physical exercise is not good, time's wasted!

Limit:
Minimum 1 poster in a post and maximum 3.

Another reason for creating this thread was that I didn't get enough time to write my impressions/thoughts on the many anime that I have lately watched and am watching.

Lastly, do us a favour, try posting something and don't just go away after viewing.
