If you have LG phone then simply use LG Suite. I guess other cellphones's suite also has this option.
Use Vysor an extention for ur chrome browser if u want to use ur phone plugged into ur laptop with a usb
or try this app for wireless ... but unfortunately it will show a watermark

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying. -
