Texel rate, pixel rate, memory bandwidth of r9 270 is greater but gaming benchmark performance of both cards are approximately the same.
Rx 460 is better if your power supply is not enough to handle the r9 270, it's low power consumption GPU.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
