alternative to sleeving kits

guys can u tell me what can i use anything alternative to sleeving kits
like something from local harware or eletric shocks
it should be flexible and transparent so i can paint it for uv reative lights
any suggestions and help is appreciated

well there is a sleeving thing which is pretty similor to what is on psu these days.i dont remember its name but you can find that in the store which sell copper wires for motor winding and yes some of them are white yellowish colour so you can try painting it.i havent tried them out because i cant find them where i am these days so please do tell me if these are working for you and also they are very very cheap too.thanks

bro go with shajeel bhai's spiral wraps. Its a great product for sleeving cable and d fact that its transparent will help you make it UV reactive.

Heres an idea. I did it a long time back.

Buy quite a few binding strips ( Stationary shops have then, spiral bindin ). Use them to encapsulate wires. Different sizes for different bundle sizes. If they keep popping out, use a quart drop of elfy or just use medical tape at regular intervals.


Use white, and itll give you a great look if you have inside lighting.

If you want a sublime rugged look, go for black.

Total cost wont exceed 200 :p

thanks prizm yeah thats a very good idea i will try that now and it may look better then the sleeving kit too
