I ordered airpress / window visor for my car but they are held by the customs since 3 weeks. Anyone knows what to do ? And how much customs is charged on car parts ?

Yup its true. The main problem is our rishwat khor custom office. They hold the items and start shitting with the procedure. Everything is cleared from Aliexpress.

I ordered 2 aux to Bluetooth device for 900 ruppees total and I was charged 635 rs for customs, I've been ordering stuff for more than a year now and this is the first time I've been charged customs. I think the amount charged is just top high, has anyone been charged customs here?

Is customs applicable on clothing items too?

Ali Express screwed my order

Aoa, guys i ordered these two shirts from aliexpress and they've been shipped to India after a brilliant screw up by that store, i can't open a dispute because it states "shipment with local shipping company" and there is no history of tracking at pakistan post website but there is information available at india's tracking website , please tell me what to do.

If the order address is your in Pakistan and they shipped to wrong address
simply message the seller he may have given you wrong tracking no
If no wait u can always open a dispute even if u have received the items

Same happened to me. I ordered a product and even after 1 month the tracking only said shipping info created. When in the end i opened dispute the seller told me the tracking no was wrong and gave me a new one and i received the product in few days.

Tell him that your order is shipped wrong or he gave u wrong tracking if he reply properly ok otherwise open dispute

If the seller actually shipped to India then ask him to ship to the right address . Otherwise open dispute with reason of sent to wrong address and get ur money back.

Guys i called pakistan post office and they informed me that my package is stuck in india's customs , the ali express seller then tells me that i have to call india post and get it cleared by customs as they are not authorized by ali express to get it cleared , i cannot open a dispute because it says that "my order has reached destination country". Please tell me what to do

Why cant u open dispute ? U can open dispute within 15 days after even when u confirm order received. Open dispute select reason sent to wrong address and dont reply to seller if he asks u to cancel dispute.

Go to your order page and touch on the product not tracking information
When u will touch product it will go to order page with invoice etc their u will see OPEN Dispute button under your product click and complete the request
