Guys I owned a Galaxy SIII white GT-19300... had it for 3-4 months, bought it brand new. used really carefully, only had one or two falls that's it.
Finally it decided to crap all of a sudden like it had a silent heart attack, just a couple of hours ago. It wasn't charging or was in process of updating or anything. Just that I was sitting and having a sms conversation where in the middle it just won't budge at all. It just went completely pulseless.

These are the symptoms:
-No display
-Won't power up by any means
-No charging light
-No sign of booting up

What I tried:
-Hard reset
-Remove SIM and SD card, still no activity
-Swapped battery of working S3

What should be the next step?. Thankfully warranty (Teletec) period hasn't elapsed yet.
How should I approach now?. Will Teletec replace the set or more likely create some unsolvable obstacles

RED ALERT: Rumor has it that a Deadly Virus outbroke from Samsung Lab, and it now targetting the Galaxy S3 devices. The viruses shuts down the phone and completely destroys its chipset.

... Ofcourse i am kidding

If you can't get it download or recovery mode, and have the warranty left ... just give it out to Teletech.

@topic
Do get it replaced. It's probably a hardware issue.

UPDATE:
Teletec took it in for warranty. They performed initial inspection, and apart from a scratch they passed it ok for warranty. It's pending a detailed inspection at Karachi office. Anyhow they were skeptical regarding the scratch, as they say it hinted the phone getting damaged by an impact. Apart from that, they said the most they'll do is replace the mobo.
Let's see it may take a couple of weeks.
IA hoping for the best

Thinker! Oh dont excite yourself that much. I have seen such warranty cases more in my life than i have movies.

I will wait for the final results, and i do hope its a good news. But i have my doubts as well.

Btw, you need to open your eyes about the "hardware" warranty. 99% of the time, the owner PAYS to repair the damage. If you didn't pay anything, good for you (its probable that your case was exceptional, where you fought with the business owner and he listened to you afterall). You can jump off a cliff in excitement.

By the way it's written in the Teletec 'Warranty Policy'
"In case of manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed, only the radio module or the main PCB will be replaced. There will not be any replacement of battery, charger, casing box & accessories."
Now let's see if they don't accuse me of the defect being caused by violence, rather then the most definite manufacturing defect.

Anyhow expected date of delivery is 2/12/12

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
