I am looking forward to buy a new bike within the next two months! No, not a heavy bike. Just a simple one for around 1 lac or a little more. I was thinking about getting the RAVI PIAGGO as it has a decent shape and looks good. It's going to be my first and I seriously don't care about the top-speed. I just want a smooth and a good looking ride. (do mention the prize!)

If you say smooth i'd suggest a honda 125 delux.. its roughly 118k i ride it on all kinds of jerky roads and don't feel a thing. also, its taugh and good looking as well

First of all, you are asking a "Wrong Question" at a "Wrong Place", especially when you have a better place to ask such questions with more appropriate audience (avid bikers). Kindly head to PakWheels for rather technical discussions.

Strictly answering your question, if you live in Lahore ... then Obvious choice is Ravi Piaggio, which offers better features and a better engine as compared to its competitor , Honda Deluxe 125 in comparatively lesser price.

However, shorter height walay people may not like Ravi Piaggio's riding position which eventhough is very comfortable, but is rather lower. You may feel lesser control over your ride this way. Here is where Deluxe leaps ahead. Its riding position is much more practical, and suitable for people with any kind of height.

Piaggio Over Deluxe:
- Better design/looks (sporty)
- More modding capacity
- Better Engine
- More features (Self Start, Bigger Battery w/ Direct Headlight)
- Lesser Price than Deluxe (more Price/Performance)

Deluxe Over Piaggio
- Better riding position (more practical)
- Mechanics available even in the most rural areas of Pakistan

P.S. It'll be your first (as you stated earlier) so make sure you:
- Buy a good quality helmet
- Gloves
- Use the Side Mirrors
- Learn/Obey Traffic Rules
- Above all ... feel Proud to be a biker (and join the PBC, Pakistan Bikers Club)

Why not opt for a Honda CD100? Excellent road grip and ride in comparison with both Deluxe and PIAGGIO. Comes with the same clutch as both 125 variants and your back doesn't give in on LOOOOOOOOOOONG drives. Tried and tested. :)

Nothing beats the classic Honda CG125 really. That model is in a class of its own.
