Strictly answering your question, if you live in Lahore ... then Obvious choice is Ravi Piaggio, which offers better features and a better engine as compared to its competitor , Honda Deluxe 125 in comparatively lesser price.
However, shorter height walay people may not like Ravi Piaggio's riding position which eventhough is very comfortable, but is rather lower. You may feel lesser control over your ride this way.
