A case of fraud

hello guys there has been a tregedy with me i wanted to buy a hd 4850 so i made a thread for it a guy texted me he had a 4830 of iceq so we agreed on the deal the guy told me he was [MENTION=22]Badista[/MENTION] from pg seeing his trader score i belived on him and he delivered the card to my father he paid him he said that i will give u a week to check the card it was ok with me but when the card came home it ad artifacts and overheating problem the guy told he will take it back but he is very busy so i gave him time but this continued for a week then he stopped replying saying he is busy and will come to give the card informing me but he never came and even doesnt attend the call unfotunatly all the saved messages and his no were on my fon which i sold to a pg member (jshak) and forgot to save his texts then when i searched pg for the 4830 thread it was the same card which @sincere (pg member ) was selling and then i came to know what has happend to me guys if its @Badista i want strict action against him or if [MENTION=33308]sincere[/MENTION] against him too
i call upon @Jshak and @OmMeE here to take account of this so it may not happen again and i may get my money back and anyone else might not be theft like this and i think everybody should mention there numbers on pg :\ and guys the number was 0313**** dont remember agey wala ..... plz plz help @inf3rno

you should have Pm'ed him before paying him to check whether he was a fake or a genuine!!!!, and the fact that u dont have any saved messages and for that matter even his CELL NUMBER makes it even worse!!!, there isnt any evidence to convict anyone of theft or fraud!, but its not my decision to make since mods are here to take up the matter, anyways bro u need to be a bit careful before dealing with people and if u r not old enough to deal with people then consult it with ur big bro, cousin or any relative older than u!... tough luck bro but be careful next time!

Yehh, true that. It would be a start though!
In this case, i say mods should chip in and pay up for the victim.
Some one should be held responsible. These kinda of atrocities continue, close the market place for good!

^ bro its about being a little smart when dealing with people there are all kinda people out there NO ONE IS AN ANGEL so instead of complaining about the market place people should learn how to deal with other people, and even if by chance u r "betrayed" then u should have enough evidence to identify that culprit so that he/she is dealt with a just trial!

these days ppl are all to clever ---man its geting tough n tough to deal -- hence i prefer old members who i have dealt with --but shit happens and can happen from any one --

i make it a point to make a small vid of each item i sale --trust me there are many wise ass ppl here --who try to con u u----they bugger the stuff up and say that u sent a bad product --

Brother y didnt u check the card at his house in working state and then paid him ?? Never trust a trader score brother.. If u consider the case again, its partly ur fault k u trusted him...
To all people out there... please please check ur items thoroughly at the time when ur buying it to be sure... Please do not trust people based upon their score, talk etc.. Its for ur own good.
I hope u get the address of that individual and catch him. Or u can go to his profile, look at the people who dealth with him and ask them his mobile number. Once u get the number, hopefully things can progress from there...
