[SOLVED] 4G doesn't turns on, on my Galaxy S6 on Zong's Sim

So I recently purchased a Zong sim from a nearby retailer strictly asking him whether it's 4G enabled (Low Fat 3G sim written on it) And now it's been over 2 weeks and 4G never turns on, just the H+ symbol instead (H+ stands for HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access ) .Its Enhanced 3G or referred sometimes as 3G+).
The network is good but Why on earth would the 4G not turn on? There's nothing wrong with my phone, 4G was running flawlessly on my saudi sim earlier in Jan when I was away.

Another user had the exact same issue here. Retailers DON'T have real 4G LTE SIM cards.

You can only get those from a franchise or office (if you're prepaid), or just from a main office if you're a postpaid customer.

The LTE SIM cards are Silver and have the red Zong 4G LTE branding on the packaging.
A simple Google search would bring up tons of SIM Cards looking like this, which you can only get at a franchise or main office.

I tweeted to Zong regarding this and hopefully they can replace/upgrade the sim to 4G in just 100 PKR with 1GB of free data for a month.
