uploading a video in a while.the noise is equal to the noise produced by nidec 130 cfm fans.but at 7v it was virtually silent.air flow upto 8 feet+!!!

And regarding PSU method, actually you can draw three types of different voltages from your PSU power connector, here how you get it done.
1, Use yellow as positive and any black wire as negative (for 12 volts, the traditional method).
2, Use yellow as positive and red as negative (for 7 volts, works great for reducing fan noise).
3, Use red as positive and any black as negative (for 5 volts, this can be used to light up some LEDs in your case).
