27" dual monitor advice

I'm looking to purchase 2 identical 27" monitors. I'm going to be using these for work only, ie no gaming, so I think a high refresh rate isn't something I need.
I'm in Islamabad. I've been looking around online for monitors, and even called some shops up, but the options seem extremely limited. Eg, media international has only 1 viewsonic 27" monitor available, which is an old model and overpriced. Shing computers has the same monitor available for Rs.21000. Online, I find some lahore and karachi based shops with much better options, as well as the same options at lower price points.
I'm looking for suggestions for 27" monitors, ie what make/model to buy, what resolution etc. I'm looking at 1080p, but I'm not sure if thats too low for 27". I think it should be fine? 4K is too expensive, and I did find some viewsonic 27" 2K monitor for 40K online, but again, I'm apprehensive about buying such expensive stuff online, since I know next to nothing about all these online shops.
Any advice? Whats the best place to make such purchases in Islamabad (in terms of options and price)?
Any suggestions of which monitor to buy?
Any input about reliable online computer shops, one that will send me brand new (instead of refurbished) goods, and honor the warranty?
Furthermore, if I do make an online purchase and I need some repair work done under warranty, how does it work? Will I need to mail them the monitor (eg if the shop is based in Lahore or Karachi)?

I wanted to add, is it possible to bring over 2 such monitors from the USA? If so, how does it work? Can't they break etc? What about duty fees or anything? I'm truly clueless about this!
