@hasan there are exceptions to that as well, Rage, developed by the god of tech Carmack himself, in development for about as long as this console generation is .. has a very strong console bias in terms of performance in the final version.
God, not this again. I disagree with the majority. Please bring me any game with Heavy Rain contant rain effects, ending up looking that fucking good., whose textures are smooth as butter like they are on Uncharted, who has beautiful character models and jaw dropping dar distances of semaless water falls and land scapes like in heavenly sword, the level of physics in kill zone. Any game. And this is just a very small list. XIII developed from the ground up looks much much better on Ps3 than its 360 counter part. I can't emphisize enough that the link you threw at me, is a load of BS.
Again, the strength of the 360 is in its multiplatform titles because MS doesn't exactly have the greatest first party ever. Red Dead is on the 360 is a better looking game than most of the one's you've mentioned above, and it has probably the best thunderstorms in any game ever. Similarly as I mentioned above, Rage, a game in development for oh i dont know half a dozen years has a strong console bias despite being developed on all platforms simultaneously.
FFXIII was created on the PS3, then ported to the 360 in a span of 3 months, obviously it wouldnt be the greatest turn around of all time. The only reason I won't mention Gears 3 here is because it has stiff robotic characters, otherwise the IQ, lighting etc is on par with if not better than the best games across the board. Also, Crysis. Yes Haters are gonna hate, but the console versions again besides being "better than PC version" according to the creators themselves, have a strong bias in console parity as well.
About the only game I'd agree is a visual masterpiece that i'd really like to see a dev recreate across multiple platforms is Killzone 3, besides that there's not much that visually impresses to the point of "clearly this was made specifically for so and so hardware".
