1GB is enough for you.

2GB only to be future proof considering that you'll eventually buy an LCD with higher reso.

Vram is mostly eaten when there are more pixels on screen. ( some what ) xD

SO....

1GB if your 1024 is permennant,
2GB for future proof.

ALSO
2GB is a standard nowdays.
So you pick.
Whatever suits you.

kashifji, for a GTX 650 Ti, 1GB should suffice, anything more than that, say GTX 650 Ti Bosst, you might as well get a 2GB card. And yes, 2GB is standard these days, but looking at your resolution even 2GB won't do wonders for you, unless you upgrade your monitor.

Those are not "dumb asses", they just have an issue called "e-peen". BTW, how does this contribute to this thread anyway?
