    You said u ran GTA 4 on E7400, Q8400 and i3?
    Did u use the same graphics card with all of them?
    If yes, then can u tell exactly how much different exist between the three when they are clocked equally like at 3ghz and when all of the settings are same in the game!

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
