About mf - I am lost with abbreviations so it is hard for me to recognize what is the title of anime from it's abbreviations.
Let's see, you need real subs eh. Well, there isn't a website present which only provides the original subtitles of any anime but there are some groups like Zhentanim, Coalgirls, sometimes Thoranime and Exiled-Destiny which do rips from dvd and blu-ray. Which means that the subtitles and the english dub is the real one.
If you want original subtitles then register at Animebyt.es
People there upload complete dvds and blu-rays, which means that they have the official english dub and original subs. But the rips are big, as they are ISO files.
If you want to add subtitles to any file then grab mkvtoolnix, add subtitles from the add button besides the input files box. Click the subtitles and set the default track flag to yes and language to english and click start muxing.

Just a hypothesis that I arrived at looking at the Blu-ray release dates, date it was subbed by 4chan and etc. I am not sure a bit. It might take longer or even less time then that.
Lets see...translating movies takes more time. As fansub groups plan to upload/do their release as best as they can. You know by doing lots of quality checks, editing, translation quality, choosing a proper styled font for styling the subtitles and doing fancy Karaoke.
Original subs...hmmn...not sure. If the company plans to release the movie with subtitles then you may get them later on but the blu-ray has already been released without official subs so the chance is less that they may do another Blu-ray release with official subs. They may do so but I am not sure and it will take a lot of time, that I can tell.

Okay so the first movie aired in Nov 21, 2009 and Coalgirls released their Blu-Ray encode or release in Oct 27,2010. That is about a year.
The second movie will air in Feb 26, 2011 and Coalgirls will probably release it and it will take a good amount of time. I think the end of 2011, probably unless the Blu-Rays are released early.
Here, good for you - Coalgirls have released Macross Frontier ~ The False Diva ~ movie and remember to get the new fixed subtitles and remux the encode.
