  Electronics is a subfield of Electrical focusing on extra low voltage systems
  
  Electrical basically deals with Electrical power generation and its transmission along with electrical machines and electrical power system protection
  In addition Electronics is also a part for Electrical along with some aspects of Telecommunication and Computer Systems
  
  Electrical has a much larger scope and its generally easier to land jobs compared to Electronics here in Karachi
  The reason is that a lot of universities are flooding the market with Electronics graduates hence lack of jobs in relation to the amount of graduates

  Its highly variable..
  However the scope of Mechanical engineering is really good. Specially if you have been scoring great in your semesters. Companies tend to hire top students before they graduate. SO was I. But i changed my job and am currently working in ENGRO Corp.
  I cant tell you much about salary but its usually good for mechanical engineers
