I think that the problem is indeed there, that textures in DX10 mode are same, no matter if setting is at Low or at Ultra. But the scenery of that picture was very dense, so it was difficult to differentiate. If a picture of a plain surface can be taken (restarting the game after changing the texture settings only), we can differentiate between textures easily.

If you still have BF3, can you do this:
Open the game, turn the texture quality to LOWEST, then restart the game, take a screen shot of the place.
Then change the texture quality from LOWEST to ULTRA and then restart the game, take a screen shot of the same place.
Its a DX10 survey I am doing. Supposedly, people with DX10 cards won't have their textures improved at all, despite from jumping to Lowest to Ultra :s

I had no intention of demoralizing you when asked you being a Network Genius. Neither is my question "So Technical" which may require you to have FULL knowledge in 'networking' specifically. It was just a 'simple' question asked from a 'specified' person
Anyways ... I have used that Netsend command and apparently it wont work when all PCs are connected Wirelessly. It just doesn't detect any other PC in my group. Heck it wont even detect the Homegroup Computer let alone all the computers in my WiFi network.
I was looking for a software which would send command ON AIR, THROUGH WiFI ROUTER ... to all the recipients.
I am going to try those softwares you mentioned, but it doubt they'll work. Because LAN Option strictly related to a WIRED LAN not network over WiFi. But i will let you know after trying them.

Firstly im trying to be a Network Genius...so the tag which ive put on is kind of a Prototype. Now lets get back to the main thing.
Have your ever used or heard about Net Send Command if not than use them, there are plenty of software avaliable which would also allow you to send messages to your other PC's that are connected wirelessly like for example (LAN Talk or LAN Info). ATM im now a days busy in my Uni Mids so it would take some time for me to resolve your problem fully but don't think im making lame excuses to buy my self some time. I will surly answer your question as soon as I get free from my prep. In the mean time kindly try the software's that ive mentioned above.
