    Well thats the only way to do it. Or wait for some time. You need a new motherboard. It will have atleast 3 such fan connectors. You will be able to attach this fan directly onto the new motherboard.

    Yeah you'll need to cut the wire of the fan from where it is connected to the small 3 pin connector. Then take the red and black wires and put them in the Yellow and Black wires of Molex connector.

    Khair, if you can't buy E6600, then get E7500 (the one I mentioned gives heatsink attached, you just need to put the processor in the motherboard, which is relatively easy :p).

    Well if you are going for E6600, make sure its a Core 2 Duo and not the same named Pentium Dual Core.

    BTW, you should only upgrade your motherboard and processor.

    A person is selling E7500 (around 20 to 25% faster than E6600) for 6000 RS. (negotiate it further).
    Motherboard would cost around 3000 to 3500 RS. (or even lesser)

    Rest of the items should remain same...

    Or if you want a casing, then sell the casing and get a new one in around 1000 RS.
