    but if u see in long term..i would suggest 5850
    but yeah get a P45 UD3l like mine it has one PCI-e slot
    best mobo i ever had..
    a perfect overclocker....
    u can find it in the market for 500sar
    so u could get a 5770 with a gigabyte board..oc your q9450 to 3.6-even 4.0GHz 24/7
    so it would be a great choice...choice is yours

    tell me one morething, do I need a 5850? I mean I have a 19" LCD and wont be upgrading anytime soon. So would it be better to get HD5770 from Saudi and a gigabyte board. Becuase on this 750i I cant raise vcore beyond 1.3v and at 1.2 it only boots at 3.1Ghz which is crap.

    Any idea which single PCIE SLOT Gigabyte board is good?

    I didnt ask him price, he said that they will be available after EID so I will call him on next day after EID :p and ask him prices and abt other stuff too, who knows he might have fan controllers :p

    bro as soon as i increase the clock and voltage through gamer hud and when i apply settings, clocks are saved but voltage goes to 0.85v, why is this happening?

    What was the max core/memory/shader clock u got but stable, and did u increase the voltage to the card to achieve those cards??

    1240 is good, that softland guy is not budging on 5870 prices, 2000sar is too high for a 5870 considering performance increase.

    I just hope 5850 runs fine on my 500watt SS PSU :)

    Waiting for December and then I'll get it :D

    no problem..as far as temps go.its not an issue 8800gt ususally touch 80-90c under full load...which still is a great margin for the card..15c lower..

    Oh no problem bro. It's fine with me. I was also looking to overclock it to some good levels but now as u told me that it's already having higher temps then i might not do it. But will try how far i can go with acceptable temps.
    Earlier I was planning to go with GTS250 but then i though that as i've max resolution of 1440x900 then 8800gt will suffice for me, and i'm in hurry to buy coz i'm shifting to karachi soon so have lots of things to do and lots of planning to do.

    Will surely try to get good 3dmark score.

    all my stuf is in ksa..didnt brought any to pk..hope u can understand..when some11 goes to vacation..he doesnt brng everythng there:)

    Yup i know how to apply it coz i've applied it on 9800gt. But bro right now problem is i don't have any thermal paste whatsoever, so can u do me this favor, if u've got some then apply it for me :) . But bro if u don't have it or don't wana apply then no problem. :) :) :) :)

    yar i've one more thing to ask, some while back u made a thread regarding card's having higher temps than b4 eventhough they were still fine, and u asked to reapply the thermal paste, so did u do it or left it alone that way? And how were the temps later?

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
