It's simple. Steer clear of the inactive old-dated threads. Threads which are weeks or months old and nobody has posted in them for a long while. This is only for specific-topic related threads. You can post in any thread but don't bump an inactive thread. Just remember that.
Dude don't bump two-month old threads like these. Next time be careful. Don't be surprised if I delete your posts on bumping such threads.
I hope you understand, posts like "Great thread, I love it" and "This thread is soothing" don't really promote conversation so we consider it spam.
You'll have to ask that section's moderator to move a thread, I only moderate PS3 and marketplace sections.

Still if you want to be 100% sure that it doesn't run on 1080p then do the following:
Go to Settings>Video Settings
Select HDMI or whatever your mode is
Then at one time it will automatically select resolutions for you that will work so instead of that manually select the resolutions.
Uncheck all resolutions except 1080i and 1080p.
Save and exit
Run Uncharted 2 and find out.
