Hey guys well I finally bought my new PC. Now only new GPU, LCD & CPU cooler left.
I would like to thank these people for helping me out in selecting the best parts to buy in my budget. Shajeel bhai, opethian bhai, zeeshan bhai, MR AFQ, sunny945. Thanks guys.b

I bought the following stuff:
Intel Core i5 750
Asus P7P55D
Corsair Dominator 2GB*2GB
SilverStone 650W PSU
CM 690
4x CM LED Fans

Here are the pics...i know there quality is bad but as i don't have a digital camera....so took em from my mobile.


































Here are some screenies of cpu-z & idle/load temps




Temps were taken when the processor was at stock. I was able to take the processor easily to 3.5Ghz but then temps became a worry cause they were hitting 80C on load with prime95 running for 15min.

Here are some benchmark results.

So there you have it....Now before telling me to that my current GPU doesn't match my processor e.t.c the thing is i am a lil short on cash, so it will be like 1 or 2 months before i can buy a new GPU with a LCD (currently have a 19" CRT)

Though i may buy a CPU cooler now (suggest any). Saw CM N520 & V8 that supported core i5 so yeah. Budget is max 5k.

I'll benchmark when i get the new GPU. If you guys want me to benchmark the cpu suggest any cpu benchamark.

Thanks bro. I still haven't decided yet maybe that 24" DELL one...idk. I'll ask in PC Helpdesk about it when i have money.

hmm....what am i gonna do with this new PC when there isn't any electricity most of the time :eek: lol

Thanks Usman bhai. Suggest which cooler to get cause when i oc'ed it to 3.5ghz temps were getting a lil too high.

No bro...money was an issue cause the money that i had for gpu & lcd was spent somewhere else that is why...
I couldn't have made a compromise with the cpu cause i am planning to get 5850 & there wasn't any other cpu avail. other than LGA775 ones & i didn't want to buy a LGA775 CPU now. They are getting obsolete as we speak.

Thanks bro. Please do me favour, PM me ur pc's idle and load temps with prime95 at stock and or overclocked temps if u keep ur pc oc'ed 24/7. I'll appreciate it. Just want to do a comparison btw my temps cause i think my pc's temps are a lil high.

if you find TRUE 120 or Sunbeam or similar cooler then it will be great
otherwise, CM N520 is sufficient for 3.5 GHz overclocking, provided that the thermal paste is applied correctly and your casing has good ventilation
