some 1 TB HDD

hmm good idea for gpu but i don't think its a right time to upgrade ur cpu cause gpu prices r coming down so u should wait for it....
Buy following:
1. A good CPU Cooler (e.g. Cooler Master V8)
2. Bigger HDD
Your GPU is fine. Use it for 1 year and than buy a DX 11 compliant GPU, if you plan to upgrade.
Keep rest of your cash as Baber Kamal adviced. It will come handy next time.
yeh get the CM V8 1tb hdd or you can get WD VelociRaptor hdd

What exactly do you want in 20k . THat is a huge amount so spend it wisely.
There are many things on which you can spend your money on Still... like your Hard disk, GPU, CPU Cooler, Mouse, Keyboard, etc etc.
