My tune was critical over certain aspects before as well. Receipts are in this thread 🤜

If Bethesda had revealed how exploration was handled, Id be critical of that too. The gunplay remains great and that's something even reviewers have praised 🤜🤣

People are still playing certain masterpieces from 2023 that are not even available on all platforms yet and are massive to begin with 🤜

Besides, the list includes a public poll so that disqualifies it from CerebralTiger's criteria. Too bad 🤷‍♂️🤣

Edge didn't mention the percentage reader votes contributed to the overall tally, which also had to factor 100 ppl from the industry as well as the editorial staff 🤷‍♂️ :LOL:

Because there is no artificial restriction like in TGA 🤷‍♂️🤣

Wonder what other game got scored in the same issue? CerebralTiger would've shared the result if he was happy with it I guess. Oh well 🤔🤣

Base game is the main experience, and that, unfortunately, remains a 7 (even with that laughable attempt at a true ending) :ROFLMAO:

Meanwhile, Starfield has dropped to 83. This is the game Necrokiller had avatarified prior to its critical reception. He'd be singing to a different tune had the score been higher :ROFLMAO:

These scores are indeed a true reflection of games. A respectable member of this forum was selling his Xbox Series X at a bargain with GamePass here in Karachi.

I was about to buy the console when I watched the walkthrough of Starfield, Redfall and others available at Gamepass.
And man these games are bland and boring as hell. The only worthy game was Forza that I already have installed on my laptop.

I kinda feel sorry for Xbox and Gamepass fans for not having to experience such classic gems as Final Fantasy Remake, Spiderman, TLOU, Uncharted and so many more gems.

Scoring higher wouldn't have changed the aspects that I don't like. Just like the current score doesn't change the aspect that even critics have praised like gunplay (which CerebralTiger utterly fails to judge in shooters - as always) :ROFLMAO:

What would've change though is that CerebralTiger would have disappeared from the thread if it had scored higher. Like he did from the Baldur's Gate 3 thread after assuming the Metascore is bound to drop after its initial set of reviews LMFAOO, shame shame shame :ROFLMAO:

Another classic case of goal post shifting when CerebralTiger runs out of arguments. We're talking about the score for the expansion, the score that the Dreadful Queen has explicitly certified as "great" 🤜

Besides, you can't play the base game today when Update 2.0 exists, so that score isn't even relevant anymore. Try again "8 is great" Queen 🤜 :ROFLMAO:
