Interesting.

I wonder what happens if they make a call (to the helpline 310). If the phone revers back to 3G, then it means it hasn't been converted to VoLTE.

That's the only way to test. Anyone can fudge an icon (not saying it's fudged, but this isn't the best way to test it no matter what the phone may say).

Can you have them take another video, please?

The guy who shared this video with me lives in Multan, His friend working in an organization which have Zong corporate packages for employees. He told him that VoLTE is being activated by customer service center through email for corporate sims, and help line guys doesn't know anything about VoLTE.
He also asked him to add his number in VoLTE list. When his friend emailed to Zong list of numbers for VoLTE including his number, Zong activated VoLTE on all numbers and rejected his number by saying that VoLTE can only be activated on corporate sims, not on individual sims.

He also told me that rumours are that Zong is not agreeing to pay NOC amount to PTA for VoLTE but Jazz has agreed and VoLTE will be activated on Jazz by end of February 2020.

But these all information is from that guy which could or could not be true.

Makes sense that they'll enable it first for B2B customers since the ratio of internal calls will be high so they can scale and it'll be a good testing ground for their EPC implementation.

Interesting. Although I don't think they have to pay for an NOC to launch VoLTE, but who knows - this is PTA we're talking about.

So no idea about commercial launch.

As for Jazz - well, they can't get CA to work everywhere, nor is their 4G coverage top notch, so I'm not holding any expectations.

You really think they'll work in a structured way?

It'd be absolutely stupid to have to pay for an NOC just to provide VoLTE, greedy bastards @ PTA/Gormint plain and simple.

NOC fee thing was told by CCO Jazz Mr. Asif himself to me. So their might be a reality behind it.

That was then. I read later that no NOC stuff was required.

I could be wrong though, so don't quote me on it.

Meanwhile, in Pindiland, at Bahria Phase 7 (outside Shaheen and the DHA 1 bridge)...

This entire area is plagued with poor speeds, unless you find a window where speeds are good. I think it's the random construction obstructing sites and the signals.

Have you complained?

There are a few other spots where I've noticed Mobilink's performance has worsened, and in all of those places, there is no carrier aggregation.

These guys are asleep. Literally.

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
