It must be transformed package.. Confirm from them that its FTTH and not FTTC... If they are confirming its FTTH and u have to pay 10K installation charges for that.. Its really worth it. No issues of phone line dead or SNR issues. And its more stable then ADSL or VDSL.

These are the settings as far as i can tell:
1. Advance Setup>Wan service>Add
2. PTM0
3. PPPoE>Set 802.1p priority to 0, 802.1q VLAN ID to 10, leave VLAN TPID blank (i think. Can try other values iteratively if blank doesn't work)
4. Next page, put in your ptcl username and password. This is generally something like your registered mobile number+some random letters for the username, and ptcl for the password i think. You can find the username by clicking "edit" button on one of the wan service setting entries. It's sometimes also written on the modem box/booklet with a pen. If you still can't find it, ask 1236.
5. Next page, keep only ppp2.1 in the default gateways, remove the rest to the other side. Do the same in the next page.
That's about it. I've only mentioned the settings that need to be changed, leave the others unchanged. If this doesn't work, I suggest filing an online ptcl complaint for "slow browsing/low line parameters". And then following it up with 1236, and immediately telling them to connect you to the VDSL technical department. No matter what you are told, do not press 1 until your vdsl starts working.
That's about all i can come up with to help. Good luck!

Singapore 105ms
This is with the CS matchmaking server picker app
On EU i am get 155-160 ms
I told you to share trace route man. I usually get 182 ip on dynamic but pings are worse on it. So for me i dont think static ip is an option

I am currently on 182. Pool and Dubai and singapore valve servers are fine. Dubai 70 and singapore 120 but those are valve server.. Middle east servers are 250ms on bf1.. And EU is 197

any one else here getting high pings from last 03 days on Singapore servers i.e. SEAS???? I am having more than 200 ms on SEAS...........The question is we can;t complaint to PTCL.......Because they don;t know what PING is????????? They only know slow browsing.............slow downloading???????????? Almost 10 days ago, I requested @1236 to upgrade my package from 4Mbps to 8Mbps. They told me that your line will not support 8Mbps until you convert from ADSL to VDSL. I agreed but till now nobody contacted me. Twitter guy told me that conversion will be only possible after feasibility report. Lodged complains twice but no use. Please help, what should I do now?

Any updates regarding ping problem?. I have provided trace routes to VampireD and I hope it gets fixed soon but so far no update has been provided. Can anyone find IP's of Rainbow Six Siege SEAS Datacenter?.
We get 182.xx.xx IP Pool and pings are fine to Dubai and Singapore Valve servers but in BF1 UAE we get 200-250ms and on Rainbow Six SEAS we get 250-260ms.
