Yeah, I never understand why askari bank is never even discussed. Using it from 3 years 0 issues and awesome online banking. It is also one of the least crowded.

UBL works fine for me, then again i haven't tried other banks as I am satisfied and never felt the need to do so.

I dont know about Askari but UBL is a poor performer. Whenever you need to execute an online transaction, you will find its link down. Having availed different options so far, I have concluded that BAHL is a better option although nothing is 100% in Pakistan.

From my experience:Askari: Non-profit bearing accounts (current accounts included): internet banking is free. Inter-branch transfers are free. inter-bank transfer is 15 rupees per transfer (may change with new SoC from Jan 2018, have not checked). Online uptime has never been an issue. Branch network info is available on the net. CC online requires activation. Debit card i have no experienceAl-falah: Non-profite bearing accoutns: Internet banking: fixed charges on a per year basis depending on your preset limit. Inter-branch and inter-bank charges variable depending on amount being transferred. Uptime as with askari. Branch network info on web. CC online requires activation. Debit card no experienceMCB: Probably the worst service i have ever experienced. Got my account name wrong (despite writing in block letters on the form); put my father's name as my account title (this was prior to new banking rules and regulations). over the counter service is horrible.

HBL is crap ! Avoid it .. yesterday they stole 1033 rs as a atm annual charge.Is it fair?

Ubl bank best bank.If you are a salaried person, make a salary account. No charges whatsoever apart from withholding tax. And their banking app, the newer one digital app. Very smooth and fast ui. The older one is crap though.

What are the annual charges of every bank? Atm charges , funds transfer charges? HBL deducts 115 rs for funds tranafer to other banks and 1033 rs annual atm charges..

Wondering why you (Pleasant) are thinking SCB expensive? They're annual ATM fee is just 950 whereas some local banks charge more. But when you compare there service level there is no parallel to SCB. I have been with them since 2012 and till today I have never faced their link down for a single time.

SCB has very limited branches and that too in selected cities.What is the benefit of it.

I am in Karachi so no issues related to less branches. Online banking is the way to go mate. In those 6 years I never visited my branch even once.

UBL Mukammal Current account. No SMS Alerts monthly charges, No ATM Annual fee, No pay order charges, No Inter and Intra city transfer charges. Using it for 2 years.
