Nope.
You cant receive without a verified paypal account and you cant convert it to PKR/Cash either.
To bypass this, You will have to make someone recieve the cash on your behalf and give it to you.
Ofcourse, hes going to take his service cut.

there are websites that do it for u .. but m not sure if they are legit bcoz i never used it like this one

Well.. The only option is to let someone do it for you but... They wont do it for free.basically @JANARIOO looking for some one to receive PP on my behalf , then pay me in pkr

L LegacyGamerGuy:Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.

L LegacyGamerGuy:About the Microsoft (and Sony) debate, I feel both have become too greedy and losing their minds over corporate greed. Personally, I will never buy any console next gen and switch to PC gaming where democracy reins.
