consumer courts don’t listen cases related to ptcl . You can only file complaint in pta . Trust me bro I have already tried it .its bullshit .your only option is to leave ptcl and try some other service . If people leave ptcl broadband in flocks .only then they will improve their service

Wafaqi Mohtesib is best place for PTCL
PTCL will do anything once to file your complaint in WM
They will simply ask you not to use their service if it is not up to the mark according to you.

We still owe them money every month bro, and when we owe money to someone we are actually in power here in this country, we can simply file a complaint for having a higher bill and providing bad service, and give examples of stormfiber and fiberlink, they are providing far higher speeds than this crap, their service can be bad too sometimes i know, but atleast they understand broadband basics which these people dont. I simple dont know at this point that how are they even running a company.
And also i myself want to file a complaint against them for false advertisement and shitty customer service with sky high bills. And also my package got degraded suddenly. I have proof and ill show it easily.

Stormfiber and fiberlink are offering FTTH services and PTCL is offering services on copper wires. They both are offering services at 0.000001% area as compare to PTCL. You can not compare them both.
And PTCL's stand will be clear. If you don't like services, don't use their services. They aren't forcing anyone to use their services.
And there is lot of difference even in installation cost of PTCL and stormfiber/fiberlink.
