No , Like I said they told me the same thing ask them to update your profile to Upstream to 2096 . You are on Vdsl tell these stupid idiots that you're using Vdsl not Adsl so update your profile asap .

I confirmed from Webchat and twitter , they said its not available yet. so I didnt bother to call 1236 then :(

That is not correct. GST on internet services is not applicable in Islamabad, FATA, AJK, and GB.

This is the back of the current bill of PTCL. Punjab will be out the next month, but the other 4 won't be taxed still.

Agreed, webchat didn't know anything, but the person on the helpline told me that the launch of these packages is 'in process' on my exchange. He further stated, that it is a priority project and will be finished 'soon'.
[MENTION=36166]iNCEPTiON[/MENTION] you should also confirm from 1236 about the status of your exchange.

I did call them on 080080800 and they said these packages are not available at my exchange for now as soon as its available u will get a msg or email as well.

hey guys need a little help. so i recently upgraded to 20mb transform package from ptcl but the modem i have was the one when i had 8mb connection. although i m getting a constant 1.7-2.0mb speed on torrents, i wanted to know if getting a higher end router will make a difference?

And it has started disconnecting after 10 mins now ... it was working fine since yesterday , I guess some work is going on ... disconnected 4 times in the past 1 hour now.

Previously it was working fine all day
