Yup, Joystick always be a better choice considering the freedom to perform multi combos and various moves. Learning is much faster than playing with keyboard and Tekken has got some quick directional combos which definitely harder to perform with keyboard.

[h=2]The classic bowling mode returns in Tekken 7 later this year[/h]

Tekken 7’s new downloadable content pack will roll out the next edition of the long-running mode Tekken Bowl this August on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.

Dubbed “Ultimate Tekken Bowl,” the DLC will allow players to take their favorite Tekken characters down to the lanes to face their fiercest combat challenge — ten-pin bowling.
Tekken Bowl was introduced to the fighting game series with Tekken Tag Tournament, a series compilation of sorts released as a launch title for the PlayStation 2. A standalone version of the minigame was released on iOS in 2011, but has since been taken off the app store. This is the first time Tekken fans will be able to experience Tekken Bowl on console since Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection.
Check out the trailer above to see series director Katsuhiro Harada bowl a double-fisted strike while rocking out to some killer nu metal. Oh, and you’ll get a sneak peek of some gameplay footage as well.

Now if only they would add five-time Professional Bowlers Association U.S. Open champion Pete Weber as a playable character...

There's rumors that someone from the Guilty Gear series will be added via DLC as well .. that would be really crazy. Almost as crazy as how well the game integrates Akuma.

gigga is basically marduk, his style is like that

lei i dont know but his moves would be integrated into another character too possibly if he isn't coming as a dlc character that is... marduk im sure won't come as dlc

moves of gigas is very much different from Marduk's as much as i remember. I don't like the looks of gigas either. the character is too huge to comfortably play with at least for me.

integrating the moves of Lei wulong into some other character could turn into a disaster considering the fan following this character has since the beginning. I don't think the devs would ever make that big mistake.

check out the grapples of giga and you would know... same grapples as marduk

[h=2]The legendary Fatal Fury and King of Fighters character is Tekken’s latest guest[/h]

Tekken 7’s Game Director Katsuhiro Haradahas announced that the title’s newest guest character is none other than Geese Howard, the legendary villain in SNK’s Fatal Furyfranchise. Harada announced this on stage at the conclusion of the Tekken 7 grand finals at Evo 2017.
Geese joins Street Fighter’s Akuma as the second non-Namco guest character in the fighting game series. While it has been no surprise that Namco and Capcom were working together to bring Street Fighter characters into the Tekken universe, it was a complete surprise that SNK would have one of its most well-known villains as part of the Tekken 7lore. Capcom and SNK have, of course, crossed over their characters in titles like the Capcom vs. SNK franchise, but this is the first time we’ve seen an SNK character tussle with Namco’s finest.

I have read on multiple forums that there won't be more Tekken characters in the upcoming DLCs......

there are only going to be some guest character(s) like Geese , some new stages and loads of costumes ... thats it. Jeez! a Tekken without Lei is unimaginable.

Thats disappointing. As good as Geese looks, the Season Pass is way too expensive for what they're offering. They fucking include Panda and Akuma and leave out Lei and Zafina. Retards.

so what characters have you guys been playing with lately?

I really enjoy playing with Leo. he is fast, does enough damage and a mediocre player like me can make some lethal combos out of his fairly simple moves. Almost all of his combos include a surprise attack and are fast enough to baffle the opponent and catch him off guard.

Jin Kazama can do extreme damage with his lower punches that can stun the opponent almost 80% of the times and give the player a second or two to combine some brutal kicks. Unfortunately, with each iteration they make Jin more and more difficult to play with. No wonder why no one really went in with Jin in Evo tournament this year.

They have made Law extremely brutal in Tekken 7. Even a simple (-> -> +x) kick can take out 25% of opponents health and i have not even mentioned the punch combos yet. Paul has similar damage capabilities but at least he is not as fast as Law and can be countered.

I am disappointed when it comes down default character costumes. Take Kazuya for example. The only thing that suits him the best is being shirtless and that huge scar on his chest NOT a suit with long coat for the lord's sake. Same goes for Jin. Why not include the costumes from Tekken 5 for all the characters when they have done it for some of them. Tekken 5 had the best costumes suiting each characters personality.

I meant like in his character design. I know he's supposed to be a tall white guy with white/silver hair too but looking at his T7 model it looks like someone went into the custom character creator and worked on Bryan's model.

Yeah I'm really liking playing with Leo too. I always thought Leo is female? With japanese art, one can never be sure :tv:

Other than that, Bryan and Dragunov are my favs.
