Every single friend and I myself included had net cut off for non payment of bill.
We didn't even get bills and they cut our net. While my friends had to pay the hill first. I got horribly triggered and screamed my lungs out at the support and told them to turn my connection back on in 10seconds or else. 2 seconds later my net was back on. They said they will send rider for the bill. Rider never showed up. They said they will send fe to inspect my line because I'm getting 2mb download on a 20mb connection with 20mb upload. No one showed up to check. Seriously their support are females but they can all go to hell. These bastards only spit lies.
They have one of the worse customer services ever. Either they don't pick up the calls and leave me on hold for 16minutes by then it automatically disconnects the line. Never reply on whatsapp. Manager zeshan is never their at the office. Still I get disconnections on daily bases and slow speeds for downloads.
I'm at my wits end with these bastards

Alright just finished the call with FiberLink Support ( at 6:40 am ) and the guy was really nice he asked me to do a Speedtest and he monitor the line from his end to see what speeds I'm getting in real-time and as I'm still getting around 200Mbps even in happy hour he said he is forwarding my complaint to the concerned department and it'll be fixed soon. ( Hopefully )

I recommend all the 200Mbps users to do the same and try to call them during happy hours so that they can check everything.

Update us when your issue is resolved. I have a plan to upgrade to 200 mbps "IF" my connection is installed.

Not surprised, what they were doing with distributing their cables over pylons was illegal to start with. I sincerely hope WAPDA stays on FL's back, so they start doing underground wiring.

But tv cable wires and distribution boxes of cable tv are also installed on electrical poles. Anyway,it will be better if they do underground wiring .

He was correct this time. I verified it from my Wapda source. Lets see what will happen next.

Underground wiring requires more time and is costly as compare to hanging wires on the poles. They will never opt for underground wiring until enforced by government / society ( i.e. Bahria Town, they are not covering Bahria Town because of the same reason)

The guy who came to install my connection told me that they do lay the wires underground where ever they are allowed to. He told me that it ultimately is better for them as it means less maintenance due to wire cuts. He claimed that they have completed underground wiring in many parts in Lahore. But in some areas, including mine, authorities are not giving them permission to dig up the ground to lay wires.

So what is the progress, they would lay underground wiring or aerial wiring and how much time will they take more?

Iqbal town. Last I heard they were waiting for permission to lay underground wires. Something to do with authorities wanting to get all internet companies like Stormfiber, Optix etc. to dig up the ground and do wiring at the same time.

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
