You're right. Single channel AC is only 433 Mbps which I think is what that router supports. If you have more than one device connecting to that 5 GHz AC band, you're going to have stuttering while streaming etc. Dual Channel AC, which is 867 Mbps is usually preferred in this case since it can at least accommodate a couple of devices on the AC band at the same time.
But what you should really be going for is a Tri channel AC router that supports full 1300 Mbps so at least you can use 4 to 5 devices simultaneously. Ideally, that router would also support Mu-MIMO so you can increase the number of active devices to around 8 - 10 without any noticeable degradation in performance.
I generally prefer ASUS routers so I'd suggest the following routers (ordered best to good) would be good for 200 Mbps / 400 Mbps during the nights.
ASUS RT-AC88U | 3167 Mbps (1734 Mbps on Quad channel AC) | 8 Gigabit Ports | Supports Mu-MIMO
ASUS RT-AC87U | 2334 Mbps (1734 Mbps on Quad channel AC) | 4 Gigabit Ports | Supports Mu-MIMO
ASUS RT-AC68U | 1900 Mbps (1300 Mbps on Triple channel AC) | 4 Gigabit Ports | Only Su-MIMO
Considering that there isn't a big price difference between the RT-AC68U and RT-AC87U anymore, I'd just go for the RT-AC87U since it provides a decent amount of performance for a great price. It costs a lot less than the ~$200 I paid for my RT-AC68U a couple of years ago.

Dont you think they should work more on decreasing downtime/improving infrastructure and time of installation rather than announcing new packages. I think most people dont have routers capable enough to achieve speeds like 100/200/300/400 mbps. ?

If someone's router does not support speeds greater than 200mb than first he would have to buy router of 20k and then he can make full use of 300/400mb. So these packages are meaningless for most people. Probably gimmick to attract/lure more users.

Not necessarily, you only need expensive routers if you want these speeds on Wifi ( and for that you need an expensive mobile too capable of supporting these speeds ) otherwise for wired connection any router with GigaBit WAN is good enough for these speeds and they are cheap.

On every monday , Shuja attends my call and tells me it will be installed by Friday. And on friday , he tells me that it will be installed by Monday. It is happening for the last three weeks. And he is still saying that he has not received the devices from Karachi.
