Nope, this dish isn't supposed to contain pasta. And that's because Mozzarella cheese available in Pakistan is a ridiculous joke. I went to Pak in July and the mozzarella cheese that I found in local bakeries looked like a cube of butter. Actual Mozarella cheese is milk white in color and is contained in some kind of preservation liquid, which is drained before using the cheese.

This is what mozzarella cheese looked like, that I used.

Google farmers cheese they supply in lahore. Fresh mozarella.

Dont buy local super market cheese its crap. More like desi ghee

Buy imported mozzarella.

Adams buffalo cheese is amongst better ones here.

The liquid mozarella is only available with farmers cheese

Which BRAND of CHEESE SLICES are good in Pakistan / Karachi most of them feel like plastic :geek:
Try bigger stores like Hyperstar etc. They typically have imported cheese, which I hope is as good as it's available abroad. The prices are steep, so expect to pay a bit more than you might like to.

Before marriage, I have been living alone and was regularly cooking. I was very good at daal maash, bhindi, shaljam and fry gosht.

I have not been cooking after marriage but making only tea very rarely in absence of my wife.

Recently, I cooked qourma type thing but got no appreciation at home. I put it on the Facebook and result was almost same. Everybody said its too oily. Still it was tasty enough.

My wife is a good cook so therefore I don't feel any need to exhibit my potential anymore. [emoji14]
