i know ps4 didnt support 4k.i bought it for movies tv serials as well not only for ps4

Not necessary that input is 4k. A 4k panel will be superior for 1080p input as well as normally such high density panels are of better quality than similar size 1080p panel.

I can vouch for this, seen a 4k tv with a PS4 attached. Looks as good as any top of line 1080p tv's. With the added benefit of being able to have access to 4K content =)

Totally, completely and utterly incorrect. This is the same logic as saying 'the more the PPI, the better the display'

I am not putting anyone down i am just saying that if he bought 4k TV ONLY for ps4 then it's a mistake + there are roughly any content available in 4k. You can only game in 4k on PC that too requires 2x gtx 980.
