Speeds are back to normal
I am not making argument lol I am not getting upload speeds on 2mb DSL download is 2559 which is fine whereas upload is 400 it should be like 600-700. So I complained them there workers came to my house checked all the stuff and said ask lineman to change wire as it contains one joint at my roof top it might be the issue
Having constant disconnections for 2 days now every few seconds (today now every few minutes, but with the downside of getting 3 mb speed instead of 4 mb speed). This is starting to get very annoying as this happens every couple of months. Usually i can get it fixed by my lineman, but apparently he quit PTCL 2 months ago and I don't have a clue who the new guy is. I tweeted the PTCLcares guy yesterday and he said he forwarded the complaint. Entire work day gone today still not fixed. Should i go down to the exchange and get angry or just wait (I tweeted him again a few minutes ago)?
Also usually the problem is just the pair burned out, from these line stats, you think it's the same?

And your line profile is set at 2Mbps. Which is why you're getting the limited bandwidth.
