It works fine on all four of my systems. Use these settings below. Just remember to open youtube with https:// and NOT http. Http won't work. You have to add the "s".

It is working on the dedicated internet(without any https or any DNS settings) in my office but not on my PTCL at home.

just changed DNS and used the HTTPS which worked for me before but wasn't now but the DNS change again made it work and im USING IE, doesn't work on chrome but IE with HTTPS works ! yay
it actually worked man !!!! really i opened the ie and typed the https://********* and gotcha !!!!
