You know, Pakistani public really is so peace-loving, caring, and just down-right humane and philanthropic. Take the YDA (Young Doctors Association) for example; four people have died in hospitals, which include an infant with a heart birth-defect, an elderly women, a severely injured man, and a sickly man … all succumbed to their ailments/wounds, but the loving caring Pakistani doctors want a pay raise.

I mean, come on, it’s not like they went into this profession to save lives, right?

I salute our loving nation. I just want Shabaz Sharif to award them with permanent license cancelations, and the staff responsible should be hung in the …err…gallows.

Shit like this is increasing day by day, and all the doctors care about is money. This happens especially with the newly made doctors that are on training in rural areas.

then what about poor police man who also work for 18-19 hours straight and also get killed in bomb blast they have very low pay they also work on all holidays

Stop over exxagerating. Doctors are paid far more than an average policeman, who literally puts his life on the line, and he gets nothing in return. You should be ashamed of yourself for backing such deranged fuck-tards, who killed four innocent people over a pay raise. They refused to attend them, and they died in the hospitals unattended. Another doctor slapped a pragent woman, and tried to drag and lock her inside a ward...Really, shame on you, if you are backing such barbaric acts. These people should be permanently suspended.

and what about when a patient dies and all their relatives come over and beat the crap out of the doctor? what about when a MNA with a fake degree calls all his people to beat the doctors?

How could a person just die like that when they have such a high class job?

I mean, an average doctor earns around 300% more than an person living healthily and doing an average job.

If you think that a person spends 24 hours in the hospital for you, then please think of the police, army, and loads of other government services which get shit in return yet they do it with more heart than most money swindling doctors.

Yes, that is the problem. Its considered high class, people think doctors earn in lakhs, but unfortunately they get only 18k a month after studying like crazy for 7 years.
Also, I am aware that this thing has gone too extreme now, but I'll blame no one but the government. Gov.t is like a mother, so basically its brothers fighting among themselves.

You know what, what I am seeing of these doctors, they had it coming their way. They tried to beat some sense into them, but failed.

Come one guys relax. A 100 or so people have died. So what? Doctors were forced to do MBBS by Pakistani awam and study for 5 years (not 7 years as someone tried to mislead above, unless he failed 2 times) and now their pay issue is more important than human lives. Either pay up or continue suffering (well not you guys, because you can go to private hospitals. I am talking about the poor 90% population)

On another note, I studied for 6 years (4 years BBA + 2 years MBA) and I am not paid enough. I want to protest for my pay rise but since my protest wont kill people, who is in for some countersstrike fun in real time ?

You know what, yes the should have done something by now, after four people got killed...by permanently banning them from practicing their field. Problem solved. This nation does not need such drival, when it is already filled to the brim with it in every profession.

So? Nobody forced them to study for seven years. If making money was their main and only objective then they could have entered some other field as well. You have to work hard in this profession and for a doctor hard work does not necessarily have to pay off in the form of money. They're killing people for their money. Where the hell is the humanity in these doctors?
