Excellent performance for price, average camera, average battery life , good display , used miui v5 a few days back on i9 and really loved it, really snappy ui , much better than stock q mobile ROM.

A month ago mediatek release sources to build Kitkat for there devices, soon devices will come/updated to Kitkat. I9 might get the update if qmobile wants.

Qmobile has Kitkat update atleast for A900 but one have to visit the service center for upgrade. And Q-staff is suggesting peoples to not upgrade because of less battery timing My friend went there and he told me this story

That's weird, KitKat offers better battery backup as compared to JB. They might not have a stable version right now that's why they are making excuses.

My budget is around Rs. 20,000 to 23,000. I was thinking to purchase Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo, but the User Rating is so bad and majority of the people didn't recommend me that smartphone, so I decided to go with QMobile i9.

Bro don't even think about Qmobile..

Your best bet is Huawei honor 3C. Its way way better than Qmobile in every aspect.

Get a new 16gb moto g with close eyes. Xperia sp is also a good option.
