Xperia Ion or Xperia S?

My younger brother has budget of 25-26k. He is interested in Xperia Ion or Xperia S.
I wanted to ask pros and cons of both the phones. Or any other phone within this range.

Main requirement is screen size which should not less than 4.3''. Preferably it should be 4.5 or 4.7.

Kindly look at xiaomi m1s, its is definitely better than all Xperia dual core lines in this range and it available in Pakistan as well.
