xbox live after flashing

hello guys
i am new the gaming scene and in a few days i have to get my younger brother an xbox 360. i am in usa so i will be purchasing the system here and bringing it over to him in pakistan for his usage.

my question is will he be able to use xbox live after having the xbox flashed.
if no is there any other way to play online after flashing the xbox to play pirated games

u cannot play online if u flash ur xbox .. your mixing both things up .. u can only play online with your stock xbox 360 and only with original games.. if you u flash your xbox you wont be able to play online, you will only be able to play pirated games offline..

Since the newer systems cannot be L.T ( an feature that can run disc only and some used to play online ) , you need to get it jtagged/Rgh and then play only " OFFLINE "... Since microsoft has some strict policies about modification, you cannot take an pirated system online have the fun of playing 100 rupeees cds

i never wished to let him play pirated games online
i was only wondering if he would be able to play the original games online after flashing. which according to the replies seems he would not be able to

As far i would sugguest, get it modified if you cannot afford those expensive discs. But as for Online, the newer hacks are not permitting such feature.

you can play pirated and original games online with the new LTU mod ...however there is no guarantee on bans and whatnot .... on JTAG you can play games offline and and external HDD but not onlilne ...

and my suggestion would be to ALWAYS get the 250gb bundle .... never get the 4gb bundle because some games now require mandatory installation to the Hard Drive

You can play online after rgh-ing the console , there are several ways , one is to dual nand the xbox with one hacked data and one retail wala , one is to use buy seperate KV and play with xboxlivestealth (costly)!
BUt u can play games like COD , left 4dead , halo , Red dead redemption etc for free on a hacked Xbox via system link , the tutorial should be there on pakgamer , i play onilne by this method on hacked xbox

With flashed xbox's you always need to be smart with the games, Don't play a game that hasn't been fully released in your country, It will be safe to play on the day, Make sure your games are burnt correctly.
