Hmm..No offline gaming then you can go for anyone of them..Because once they are hacked you can enjoy offline gaming...But 360 Slim isn't hacked yet so you have to go for 360 Fat. On other hand PS3 is hacked and yes you can download games from Internet and run them through USB Dongle...There is some update issue with PS3 but I'm not aware of them..You should clear yourself first in PS3 section about how to play games on it...
Otherwise I'll suggest to wait a lil bit..Until Slim is hacked and go for it..
