Why am I getting awful ping to NA servers as of late?

PTCL user here. During summer, I would get a ping of 250 ms to NA servers. But since summer break ended, I've been getting periods where the ping spikes to 300. These periods would usually last a few days or even a week. Right now, I'm getting 290-300 ms once again, which is unacceptable. Are you guys getting high pings like these? Do me a favor and check your ping to Quebec, QC on speedtest.net and tell me your ISP, I just got 292... http://www.speedtest.net/result/5798439802.png

There's no answer to this aside from PTCL being bad, as per usual. Their routing usually takes a hit every now and again and gets worse, but it should return to normal eventually.

    Online session is enabled for UBL. I have an active subscription with my NayaPay card (it is already added to Google Payment Methods).

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
