1- Didn't notice any coil whine as of yet. I have ran all three profiles of the card (Gaming / Silent / Overclock). Playing Doom at 4K with over 100 FPS which should put some load on the GPU didn't result in any whine at all.
2- I am in Lahore, it's around 25-30C ambient in the morning. While writing this post, the ambient temps were 18-20C and GPU was idling at 34C and maxed out load at 66C.
3- I don't know what price would be set for this card in Pakistan but I am in Lahore right now. The card is a review sample provided by ASUS which I will keep for myself so I didn't pay a penny for this. I will be posting a full review on 11th April and would provide a link here when it's published.
4- I haven't overclocked yet but I will this weekend as I have to publish the OC results in my review. The card normally boosts up to 1989 MHz under gaming loads and comes down to 1945 MHz after a few hours.
5- This is the OC variant.
that's even better
looking forward to your review on april 11th please do mention the highest OC on this sample as its the only differentiating factor among all the cards now...So far every card is reaching 2.0 its those extra Mhz after wards that are going to matter because that's why you would be spending 5-10-15K more. Asus is the most expensive brand here in China so I want to know how much stable OC it can have the cooler is beefy already so no problems there
I don't know if you're planning to bench it on Ultrawide 3440x1440 or not if so it would be great and if not then kindly consider adding it in near future because internet is flooded with 1080p 1440p and 2160p results but there are very few ultra wide benches.
thanks again enjoy your time with the card
