From where you can get these?
SADDAR for cheap, local made good stuff.
If you're looking for something extra sturdy, there are shops right on the backside of Jehangir park facing The church where you can get military grade stuff.
Other than that, just walk up to zainab market across the road and you'll find plenty.
For high end stuff you can check out FORUM and DOLMEN MALL, some shops have them. but they are 10 times the price.

You're pushing it way too hard to keep things secure.
What you can get is a utility belt to wear under shirt but to what extent? if someone's going to rob you and frisk you, you're losing everything anyway.
And the whole fanny pack, hiding items shit don't work.
Yes, you had an unfortunate experience, but that does not mean you go on about being rambo about this.
What you need is only get a card holder and that's about it. so you can keep your credit cards/important id cards in there and just keep cash and a copy of your NIC in your wallet.
There is NO protection for phone. Just precautions.
