I bought a brand new Xbox 360 Slim (Jtag - Black) - back in August 2013. Since I'm more busy in job & stuff, so I hardly played it for TOTAL 50 Hours or so off & on in last 11 months. (Like Once a month for a 2-3 hours, very carefully without any heating issue).
But last month when I plugged it, it gave me Red Ring of Death. (I remember last time I played it, I unplugged & packed it perfectly fine).
Anyways, I took it to a local shop in defence (I think the shop name is GB Games - person name is Vicky).
The guy kept it for over 2 weeks & kept saying they're trying to figure out the issue. Then one day he said, "Motherboard is FINE" since they used another WORKING Motherboard with it & he said it didn't worked either, so may be something else is wrong. But yesterday he returned the console & said "MAY BE" its motherboard issue or something.
I'm confused, may be they were incompetent to find out the issue. Can you suggest a better service person/shop who can try to fix my xbox please?
