Reason for no replies are that this is the wrong section for posting such queries, the correct section for this is the pchelpdesk section.

I just checked and you do have a separate thread in the pchelpdesk section but it is closed, pls request a mod to open your thread there and you will perhaps then get some answers.

ask a mod to move this post to the correct section instead of creating a new one. If you have already created a new one then ask them to close this thread or delete it if possible.

Get an i5 processor, a 3rd gen or 4th gen
Get a 4gb 1050ti
If possible get 16gb of ram
500 psu should be enough

You don't need a 6th Gen. hardware to handle the 1050Ti, my dear!
Even low end 2nd Gen. i3 (2100) has enough muscle to handle that GPU.

Tell you what;

1. Buy an i5 3470 with a 3rd Gen. mobo (Will cost around 8k).
2. Then buy a GTX960 2GB (Can be locally found for 15k in used condition).
3. Buy 16Gigs of 1333MT/s RAM (RAM speed has little no no effect on gaming!).
4. Any 450W PSU would do, as the 960 consumes just 120W.

Now, if you can't find a 960 locally then you can always order it from AliExpress. One particular seller on AE (HuaPu Store) has THOUSANDS of 960s available with free global shipping.

In case you're wondering; these GPUs come from Chinese gaming cafes (Which are a HUGE thing there) which periodically upgrade their hardware every few years. And when they do, everything comes flowing to AE.

The seller I'm talking about currently has an inventory of 3000+ Asus GTX960s (Dual-Fan), each cost $77 = ~Rs.10,500. But after bearing Visa transaction fee (~6%) and custom duty (~10%); it'll end up costing around ~12-13k.

A friend of mine ordered a Gigabyte GTX750Ti Windforce 2x from the store about an year ago and he's pretty darn happy so far! He had to pay 1,500 custom duty, which is quite reasonable. I'm thinking about ordering a GTX660 myself.

How to pay for custom duty, what is the procedure for that?
