CASE 1
guys , pls help me in this matter! i need to upgrade from my ATI 5850, even thou it still is a powerful tool, better to upgrade to a more powerful one

i need to know what wud a be a BETTER, WORTH-IT & best bang-for-buck GPU!

my budget is 16-18k , so new OR used are both welcomed. NVIDIA/ATI both wil be preferred!

but pls remember, it shud be MUCH better den the one i currently have!

CASE 2

i just sold my Logitech x-530 to a pg member & want to shift to a better choice, whther its 6(5.1)channel or 3(2.1)channel speakers
also the thing is my speakers were 75w RMS, so i need something more then dat coz "BHAI KI SHADI HOGI,INSHA ALLAH, TO NEED SOMETHING TO BOOM BOOM THE NEIGHBOURHOOD"

my range for speakers are 8-12k! can manage afew more bucks in it, but for now 12k is my range! NEW or USED both will be preferred, but in case of the last one, pls condition shud be very gud!

For gpu i guess a 7850 will be best in that range, though its for 19.5k.
On the speakers side, i doubt u will get anything better than the x-530's.

Except if u get an amp with big speakers.
Check out edifier R-501 btw, it fits ur budget and has a big subwoofer ( 8 inch)

Or if u cn raise ur budget to 19.5k get the club 3d 7850 (new)

get a Club3D HD 7850 the performance gain wont be very big but u will have newer tech, it would take up less power and run cooler than your card but IMO HD 5850 is still solid

2gb vram in the 7850 will help him alot on 1080p displays compared to the 5850

Boy get used 7850 from here, search a bit and grab it on as low as you can. Invest more in speakers, shaadi ek hi bar hoti hai dost

Ap k bhai ki bhi shaadi hai isi saal InshaAllah, but no idea about speaker systems i think you should ditch them pc speakers and go for hi-fis just like the guy above said. They should give the boom we need

as for 7850, seriously dont see ANY significant substantial difference wid my card... checkd out reviews too, good, ubt not as solid as my 5850

bro khuda ko mano........ dr old as hades yar! not even usb output is on dem & hes not even mentioned price on the thread! tnx for suggestion but i need something dat can shake things, on a smaller scale , is waje se computer speakers are highly needed
