it only checks if the devices are attached to sata 3 or not ....it wont tell you the fault

Let me put it this way. I have this board, say asus the vanilla p67 model. I got it from say Newegg. the only difference is the 2mb cache and the Hyper Threading 4 cores with 4 threads on the 2500K as opposed to 4 cores and 8 threads with the 2600K . And yeas i have seen ppl doing 4.8ghz stable with Corsair H50 and 5ghz can be done ..
