I've been to a bunchof places
Lahore: FOOD STREET. Nuff said
Paris: Amazing scenery, although i found the french to be a little....rude
London: Nice people, odd weather and excessive fish and chips shops
Amsterdam: Got pickpocketed by potheads. Twice. So not a good experience lol
Makkah: honestly theres no better feeling than being in gods house. just seeing the ka'abah makes you feel so amazing, let alone being able to touch it and walk around it
Medinah: Amazing city, hotel was right next to masjid-e-nabvi and of course, who can forget all the food
Manhattan: Amazing city. reminds me of pakistan thanks to the overpopulation, smog and presence of jaywalkers but it had to be one of the best vacations i've ever had. it was a completely new experience for me since i went on my own and didnt know anyone there. helped me figure out how to do everything myself
Houston: Nicest people ever, seriously. Southern hospitality ftw

Depends on which country you are going to.
First of all; it is NOT difficult, if you have all documents in order and forms filled as per the requirements. We as a nation are fond of making assumptions and cooking up things like "" I have heard.... someone told me...etc etc
UK requires a separate and ( bit expensive) visa procedure depending upon the nature of your visit
You can visit rest of the EU on Schengen visa ( which allows you multiple entries in a 90 days period)
My advice would be to apply for the visa with your documents all in place and InshaAllah you won't face any trouble
